The company has ongoing projects in Romania, Georgia, Turkey and Germany and has been appointed General Contractor for the execution of the third and fourth phases of the residential project GVI Town.

About GVI Town
Located on 4-6 Vantului Street in Bucharest, GVI Town is a residential complex developed by Israeli companies Gindi Rom Vantului and Real Sol and designed by Axis Design. The total size of the land plot is 5,286 sqm. The complex will be built in 4 phases and will reach a total of 261 apartments with one, two, three and four rooms upon completion.
The first two phases including a B+GF+9F+10th F withdrawn building with 135 apartments, covering 12,200 sqm were delivered in 2016. In the third and fourth phases Synergy will perform the general contracting works for a B+GF+9F+10th F withdrawn building with a total 126 apartments covering 13,216 sqm.
SYNERGY’S ongoing projects:
Synergy has now ongoing projects in Romania, Georgia, Germany and Turkey.
In Romania Synergy is a general contractor for the first two phases of the residential complex Estic Park (Bucharest), comprising 250 apartments, developed over a 30,000 sqm gross built area. This modern residential complex, located on Sos. Dobroesti is developed by Eagle Estate Developments and will be delivered in several stages. One of the most prestigious educational institutions in Romania, the American International School of Bucharest has appointed SYNERGY as general contractor to complete a 4,873 sqm kindergarten building extension. The project will be completed in July 2017. Another project recently contracted is a 6,300 sqm building, which will include a warehouse and a workshop, built for Aston, inside Bucharest West Logistic Center- a project also completed by SYNERGY in 2009.
In Georgia the company is general contractor with structural works for an upscale mixed- use complex comprising a 14 floor hotel, a 19 floor residential building, a restaurant and a spa center: Hilton Garden Inn (Tbilisi). The buildings will be raised on 4 underground parking levels and will cover 39,000 sqm. This is the second project of SYNERGY including a hotel building in Tbilisi, after the company completed in 2015 the structural works for the 150 m tall luxury glass skyscraper Biltmore Hotel (Tbilisi). Synergy is also performing the civil contracting works for a challenging hydro power plant project, including two units with a total capacity of 50MW- Mestiachala Hydro Power Plants 1 & 2, located in Northern Georgia, in Mestia. In June the company completed the general contacting works- design & build for the extension of a mineral water and juice bottling facility, located on the territory of Nabeghlavi health resort, in Western Georgia. The project includes a production facility, a warehouse, a hotel, offices and utility buildings covering 25,000 sqm.
In Turkey SYNERGY focused on completing energy projects. The company is now performing civil works on a 340 MW combined cycle power plant, adjacent to the 320 MW ÇAN I power station. ÇAN II power plant will use lignite as fuel and is located in Çanakkale.
After having gained extensive experience on Eastern European markets, SYNERGY decided to take the next step in the expansion strategy and explore a Western European market: Germany. The company is now working as general contractor for the extension of the famous Wyndham Hotel (Frankfurt), which will include a hotel, a restaurant, as well as office and technical spaces. The gross built area is 4,500 sqm.
