Synergy was founded in Romania in 2001 and now holds top positions on international markets where we undertake Group operations, among which Hungary, Georgia, Poland, Germany, Ukraine and Turkey, given our hands-on management and strong financial performance, knowledgeable extensive team and multiculturality, engineering expertise and constant technological investments.

OVERVIEW

At Synergy, we aim to pioneer as game-changer in the built environment, while being true to unbending values: equality and diversity employment, health and safety, fair business practices and professional conduct, quality of works, care for environment and genuine partnership with our clients. Our team is strong not only by people, but also by in-house service and resources, geographical coverage, integrated processes and software that led us to unconstrained coordination of disciplines and smooth operation as lean Integrated Project Development (IPD) for state-of-art complex projects.

As general contractor, it is our priority to ensure the use of adequate equipment and to strongly enforce proper safety trainings and internal health & safety policies, constant communication both on our construction sites and headquarter, including special measures during pandemics. At Synergy, everyone is taking responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of those around. Our health & safety corporate guidelines are binding in terms of selecting the projects we work on, as much as in relation to partners, subcontractors or supply chain collaborators. The result of our approach: zero accidents and zero fatalities in 20 years of activity.

ENVIRONMENT

Care for environment is fundamental to our present and future and should be taken seriously, at both individual and corporate level. Building with care, using green technologies to target energy consumption and CO2 emissions, raw materials intake, efficient waste management, adaptation of works in view of climate change and in respect to preservation of natural spaces around constructions sites, are mandatory.

General contractor
Synergy undertakes the complete management of a project, from foundation to completion, providing complete organization of the building and construction works, selection and coordination of sub-contractors, with strict management of all processes. We take responsibility for the end result, within the agreed terms, conditions and costs.
Design & Build
This turnkey solution encloses full design and construction management in one platform with clear benefits in terms of investment and time optimizations, designer and builder coordination, single point of contact with one source of accountability, enhanced processes and communication flow, shorter time frames and better quality control.
Civil Works
Civil engineering is one of our strengths in projects ranging from new commercial office buildings, retail spaces, mixed-use developments, to industrial parks and energy projects. We focus on sustainable design, both economically efficient and achievable. Our team prepares feasibility studies, site development plans, construction cost estimates, construction specifications, quality control, utility and pavement system design, permit application processing, value engineering etc.
MEP Works
Thanks to our in-house MEP department, we bring a valuable perspective on MEP systems (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) and provide assistance on MEP design and construction from pre-construction through construction, commissioning, occupancy and warranty. We carefully design our MEP systems to work optimally and integrate seamlessly into existing designs for efficient and sustainable buildings.
