After a prodigious career in leading roles- Executive Director and Country Manager- with one of the world’s top construction companies, Renaissance Constructions, Savaş Günata established in 2001 Synergy Construct in Romania. His energy and vision have boosted the company’s development and have been instrumental in the expansion process to new countries, such as Turkey, Georgia, Poland and Germany. At the head of the company, Mr. Günata negotiated construction contracts worth 480 mil euro and helped the company gain important projects, such as the 150 m tall skyscraper Biltmore Hotel (Tbilisi- Georgia), the 110,000 sqm residential complex Rose Garden (Bucharest-Romania), Kellogg’s Napoleon Factory (Kutno- Poland), ETI Factory (Craiova-Romania), 340 MW ÇAN II Thermal Power Plant (Çannakale- Turkey). He graduated from the Istanbul Technical University as a Civil Engineer and holds an Executive MBA from HEC School of Management (Paris).
