Synergy Group is happy to announce a new project in Romania, building the largest private medical project in Romania – Enayati Medical City.
Synergy Construct will be the General Contractor for a 35.000 m2 total developed area project in Bucharest. Enayati Medical City includes a premium medical care unit, a residential center for the elderly, an oncology and rehab hospital and many other facilities and is estimated to be completed by the end of 2020. The project is developed by Enayati Group and the total investment is estimated at EUR 60 million.
