The commencement of the ETI factory coincides with the successful completion and hand-over of the Adora Residential Park in Pipera managed by Tagor; a 6,000m2, 76 apartment development in the north of Bucharest. “Synergy has completed our Adora Pipera development on time and on budget and they have exceeded our quality expectations. Although Synergy Construct has been present in Romania continuously since 2001 the ETI project award marks the return of the company’s focus to its home market. Over the previous four years Synergy has established itself in alternative markets in Georgia, Turkey and Iraq, and in alternative segments and obtained repeat business with customers such as Siemens and provides civil infrastructure works for their EPC power generation projects.
